Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing embroIndia56@gmail.com

After dispatch, orders cannot be canceled.

Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable for damaged or incorrect products.

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing video proof.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Custom Orders:
Custom embroidery products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective or damaged.
